Company Intranet is generated on your request. To access the intranet a link will be sent on your email.
Send invites to your company members with a pin. The 4 digit pin will be used to encrypt your AES key which encrypt
all your intranet data.
The generated invite link expires after an hour for security reasons.
Intranet has a handful job role based system. This allows you to show/hide sections per user role.
A synergy page is in place to book a meeting or holiday, this helps for all your organization members to be on the
same page.
On booking you and the members you include will receive a notification email about the meeting.
All data that you send is encrypted with AES and has an SSL certificate (https). The best known technique to
make sure your intranet information secure.

intranet. It is crucial to keep this one safe. In this scenario you need AES key so the data is encrypted on the
Vitoz Servers, and can be read only from your end!
